All Grain Recipe Kit - Amber Ale - Jurassic Sparge
Description
For many years, scientists have been feverishly attempting to unlock the secrets of cloning from millenia old material. Fossils were changed too dramatically - no possibility of recovering genetic material. Amber from this time period however was found to preserve its contents almost perfectly.
After much trial and error, with two steps back for every step forward, a group of scientists in a laboratory in Noble Park finally made the breakthrough. Genetic material was extracted, preserved in amber for millions and millions of years. Unchanged since dinosaurs ruled the earth!
The next step, of course, was to determine the gentetic sequencing of the recovered DNA, in order to finally, finally clone an animal that had not walked the earth since the early Jurassic!
However, that was deemed way too hard.
So they brewed an amber ale instead, in homage to this wonderful discovery.
It was deemed delicious! Rich, biscuity and bread overtones. A timeless classic, no less!
Who needs dinosaurs when you can have beer instead?
