Do you offer pick up?
Yes we do! We now offer pickup from our address: 410 Princes Highway, Noble Park VIC 3174
If you would like to pickup you need to:
1. Place the order and pay online from our website first.
2. Once the order has been placed allow 4 business hours to pick the order.
3. Then, we'll put the order into one of our new pickup lockers. These lockers are a bit like Australia Posts Parcel Locker's in that you'll get an email saying your orders been packed, and your locker number and password will be in the included invoice.
You can collect from our lockers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (even outside of business hours and on weekends!) using your unique access code given to you in the email.

Do you offer free shipping over a certain amount?
KegLand does not offer free shipping due to having the cheapest possible price on our products compared to our competitors. Our shipping costs are not adjusted to balance this cut in cost, we simply want to offer KegLand hardware at a fair and honest price to save you money.
Do you ship internationally?
KegLand Distribution Pty Ltd ships goods Australia wide. We at KegLand.com.au do not ship internationally ourselves, if you want goods shipped internationally, most of the KegLand goods can be shipped directly from our distribution centre at www.KegLand.cn in China. When ordering directly from KegLand in China the lead times can be longer as not all the products are stocked and some are made to order. From KegLand China you can order full containers of stock which is preferred however if the orders are not too complicated they will send smaller LCL or courier shipments also.

A product I want is out of stock. Do you offer back order service?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our online business, we do not offer a back order service at this time. As we grow and become a larger scale business it is definitely something we will consider implementing. But at the moment it is a first in first-come basis to all of our products for both Wholesalers and Retailers alike.
We do offer an automatic email notification when an out of stock item is back in stock. But you must manually enter your email address on that given item on its product page to receive that notification. Please note you must be logged into your account for the email alert to link your email.
I bought an item, but my order has been refunded or changed.
In very rare cases items that are sent for shipping may have incurred damage in transit or damage while packing. These items are then classified as unfit for use & sale purpose.
If we cannot replace the item due to being out of stock, we will refund you the full amount of that item (plus shipping) or send the rest of your order. We will notify you of this in writing prior to it being sent.
Delivery to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers
KegLand can only ship small items under the total weight of 20kg per carton per order. Any orders over 20kg and is of multiple cartons will either have to be sent to a business address. Or split into multiple orders to the PO Box or Parcel Locker. KegLand does not take responsibility of items not collected at your local Post Office. If you do choose to use a PO Box or Parcel Locker for your delivery address
Please ensure that you enter your phone number as well to help with delivery.
Please Note: If you enter a PO BOX / Parcel Locker address for a shipping method that is not Australia Post, it will automatically be sent back by the courier and you will incur a second delivery fee plus a return to sender fee. Please check that you have a compatible delivery address for the shipping method you choose in the checkout.
KegLand does not take responsibility of you the end user entering a delivery address that is incompatible for the delivery service. (e.g. Freight Finders does not ship to PO Boxes or Shipping Lockers)
What is the best delivery address?
Couriers as a business will only run through business hours, we highly recommend all orders to be delivered to a work address. Whether it be your work address, friend, or a business that has accepted that they would sign and hold your order for you. If you don’t have a business address to deliver to the next best is of course a domestic home address. Perhaps family or friends who live close by that could possibly sign for it during business hours.
Although we of course are able to ship to apartment buildings, we do not recommend high rise buildings with limited security access.
Please note: Re-Delivery fees may apply if deliveries are missed. If a sorry we missed you card is not acted upon within the timeframe from the courier, further delivery fees may apply.
Do I need to sign for delivery?
KegLand is not liable for any loss of parcels that disappear from your specified ATL area. In most cases the courier will take a proof of delivery photo of where they have placed the item, for their insurance purposes.
KegLand is unable to access these proof of photos, only you the customer or another authorised signatory of the parcel or resident at the address.
For all Items sent with Australia Post. These will have by default signature required on delivery. As well as proof of delivery if it is deemed safe by the delivery driver to do so.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, KegLand offers Australia Post Express for shipments under 20kg and under 0.25 cubic metres.
We will endeavour to process and ship your item within the day if received before 11am Melbourne Time. Items bought after this time will leave express the following day. Please note if ordered on the weekend, these items will not be expressed until the following business day.
Typically the items are delivered overnight. If you are requiring a larger item shipped to you express.

What payment methods do you accept?

- Bank Deposit (with no payment surcharge)
Please note Bank Deposits take roughly 2-3 Business Days to clear. We are also unable to hold that stock within those business days until the amount is in our banking records. So an item that may have been available when you put in the order, may not be available once the bank deposit clears.
If you require items that are low in stock on our website and do not want to risk them being out of stock due to popular demand, please use a different method of payment.

I made a mistake when entering my shipping details!
Unfortunately KegLand is unable to change the delivery address once it has been lodged. It will be up to you and your contact with the courier provider to arrange a redirection.
KegLand does not take responsibility for user keyed address entry errors. We highly recommend double-checking your delivery address in the website before submitting your order.

Please think about the items you are ordering and how they fit together, as well as if bundled items are out of stock. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change or update an order. Please double, triple check your order before placing it.
