An emulsifying agent, promotes break material formation and precipitation during the boil and upon cooling.
Directions:
Add ½ tablet to 20-25L of wort, 10-15 minutes before end of boil.

"Unless I'm making a hazy IPA, I always throw in half a whirlfoc tablet just before the end of the boil to clear the wort of particulates. I use a pair of pincers the break the tablet in half. Works a treat."
