Rugged, Waterproof Design

Engineered to withstand harsh brewing environments, the sensor housing features an IP68 waterproof rating and handles internal vessel pressures up to 8 bar (116 PSI), making it ideal for pressurized fermentations and damp kegerators.

Versatile Multi-Vessel Compatibility

While designed for Cornelius kegs (lid included), this laser sensor works with almost any liquid or solid storage container up to 2 meters deep:

• Tri-Clamp Mount: Remove the lower housing and attach a 1.5" TC adapter (Part #KL45063) to mount directly onto fermenter top ports. (For TC mounting, purchase the standalone sensor without the keg lid, Part #KL49351).

• Direct Hole Mount: Drill a 40.5–42mm opening in any custom lid or water tank top and thread the housing together for a secure seal.

Setup complex Automations to control fermentation and brewing. Monitor your beer remotely every step of the way. Automatically carbonate using the RAPT Digital Regulator & Spunding Valve, or track your consumption and make sure your kegs never run dry with the RAPT Laser Level Sensor.

The RAPT ecosystem includes products that automate every step of the brewing process, and also bring fantastically powerful control. Using a RAPT Pill in conjunction with a RAPT Fermentation Chamber or Temperature Controller unlocks the ability to control your fermentation using real time gravity data – ensuring a fast, clean and complete fermentation every time!
