Whether you prefer the deep, traditional extraction of maceration or the incredibly bright, elegant notes of vapor infusion, the London Dry blend is optimised to deliver commercial-quality results right from your home distillery.

• Traditional Maceration: Steep the pack directly in your neutral spirit to draw out the classic, piney backbone of the juniper and the earthy structure of the roots.
• Vapor Infusion: Reserve a portion of the 198g botanical blend for your still's gin basket to let the vapor "slash" through the blend, unleashing a bright, highly aromatic citrus punch.

Directions for Use

1. The Base

Ensure your neutral spirit is watered down to between 40% and 50% ABV before introducing the botanicals.

2. Infusion (Choose Your Method)

• Maceration: Submerge the botanical pack (contain within a hop sock to make clean up easier) in your 5L of neutral spirit. Maceration time depends on your temperature and taste preference. A great starting benchmark is 24 hours at room temperature, or accelerated to 1 hour at 50°C.
• Vapor Infusion: Add your choice of the botanicals directly into your column's gin basket.

3. The Run

Once your maceration is complete (and your gin basket is loaded), configure your still into pot still mode and run it to collect your premium London Dry Gin.
