Tonic Flavour Shot, perfect for pairing with your favourite Impressence Gin Spirit flavouring for a classic gin and tonic. Either Keg, Bottle or Can.

Flavour Profile:
Delicate, fragrant blend of floral botanicals with subtle citrus notes. It gives that classic Mediterranean flavour that perfectly complements your favourite spirit such as gin, or vodka.

Ingredients:
Water, Acidity Regulator (E330), Natural Flavouring, Flavouring.

Allergens:Β Contains Quinine

How to use:Β
KegLand Ready to Keg Kit
These kits utilise alcohol from VINKA so you don't have to ferment anything yourself. Depending on your Keg Size you'll use a number of Flavour Shot Sachets andΒ FermStop SachetsΒ and white sugar from your pantry. (See Recipes Below)

Keggers, Bottlers and Canners that use sugar to prime
You would simply add these flavour shots to your fermenter / bottling bucket / keg. It is very difficult to determine how much you would add as it depends on the flavour intensity of what you've brewed/mixed up. Whether that be a beer, seltzer or cider for example.
These Flavour Shots are extremely more potent when paired with a sugar or sugar alternative. Artificial sweeteners in dryer fermented recipes may be a great way to boost the flavour.

Soft Drink Ready to Keg Kit
These kits only utilise white sugar or artificial sweeteners, a number of Flavour Shots andΒ FermStopsΒ based on the Keg Size.

Mix up a KL02899Β 19L Ball Lock KegΒ or a Half Size KL02882Β 9.5L Ball Lock KegΒ of classic tonic soft drink or pair this with your favourite gin spirit flavouring for a gin and tonic at home with ease by following the instructions below. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy!Β

For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will settle and improve over time. For a less sweet option simply reduce the white sugar addition.

tonic water syrup

"i've used it to make a half keg of plain tonic water 2x tonic syrup 1x sugar free sweetener #1 1x fermstop set it at about 20psi at 2c for a week"

Darren M. (5/5)

Flavour so close to being great

"A little too much citric acid in here for my personal preference. I've tried sodium citrate which helps a bit but in the end when you can't mix to your own preference someone will complain and for this syrup that just happens to be me. I'd recommend anyone giving it a try."

Tonic Flavour Shot

"Used this with the doorguns g&t kit, very nice and very highly rated by all who tried it"

Adam N. (5/5)

Convenient and easy.

"Very easy to make. It does have a "Tonic" overtone. I do not mind it BUT my wife is a Gin & Tonic critic and prefers the Woolies brand. Oh well one more tap for BEER. Guests drink it without complaint."

Adrian P. (4/5)

Very Good

"Great tasting tonic but if you don't like your tonic to strong you can halve the recipe. for example make 18L using the 9. 5L recipe"
