duotight 6.35mm (1/4) Check Valve and Integrated Inline Regulator (to upgrade duotight manifold)

This is a 6.35mm (1/4") duotight inline regulator upgrade for the duotight manifold boards:
KL46244 - 8mm (5/16) duotight x 6 Way Manifold 
KL46237 - 8mm (5/16) duotight x 4 Way Manifold
KL46220 - 8mm (5/16) duotight x 2 Way Manifold

We also stock the 8mm version if you want to keep your line the same diameter, although we strongly recommend going to the smaller 3mm x 6.35mm gas line size for short draw systems. It allows you to get more lines within your Kegerator as well as a clear identifier which is gas.

Reminder: These upgrade inline regulators have a check valve in them. Each check can also be removed if you want gas or water to move freely in all directions. 

If you upgrade to the Digital Illuminated Gauge you cannot run liquid (water) through it. It will break it.

Assembly with Manifold

Using a thin flat headed screw driver, simply slide/pop the black retainer tabs and remove the ball valve
The duotight 8mm 6 way manifold is complete with mounting capabilities out of the box using button head screws. But if you're going to mount it on a kegerator, we would suggest using the duotight 8mm adhesive brackets (no drilling required)

Looking for high quality push in fittings that will seal tight?  duotight are the push in fitting with superior sealing capacity due to the double o-ring sealing design.

Why do we use Double O-rings?
The secret to our superior sealing performance is not just the fact that we use high quality EPDM and a Silicone O-Ring.

Why two different materials?
EPDM has a high gas and chemical resistance, but when chilled it can shrink slightly. Silicone O-Rings are also very chemical resistant but perform far better under sub-zero conditions not losing their shape.
By having the best of both worlds we're making sure there is twice as much sealing surface compared to other push in fittings on the market with just one.
This makes our fittings even more reliable across a multitude of applications and reduces the chance of a leak significantly.

The double o-ring system also means that we can bend the hose with much tighter radius without causing leaking issues.  This typically can be an issue with other fittings.  This combination of factors makes duotight fittings the most reliable push fit fittings on the market.

No clamps necessary! 
We do recommend cutting your hosing straight, not on an angle, to ensure the line has a complete seal. To remove the fitting simply push in the collet and the hose can be removed.
