In collaboration with David, some of his best and most popular recipes have been adapted for locally available malt, hops and yeasts (as required). They have also been scaled to suit the 35L BrewZilla (Single Batch) and the 65L BrewZilla (Double Batch) where necessary

My first brew

"This kit was my first ever home brew. Decided to try one of the simplest and cheapest kits. Loved it. The picture you see is my last bottle, kept as a kind of souvenir. Was quite citrusy at first but the taste grew on us and/or became milder after bottling. Already made a second batch (carbonating now) and will make more in future, already bulk bought the ingredients."

Easy brewing and easy drinking

"For such a simple recipe, I’m seriously impressed. I threw in a Whirlfloc tablet in the boil and used gelatin, and it was pouring crystal clear after a week in the keg. Super easy-drinking too, definitely brewing it again."

Came out wel

"First time for a David Heath recipe brew and it came out great. Nice hint of hops without being too much and quite tasty. Will try another on my Brewzilla"
