Here at KegLand we love a Smashed Burger like nobody else. This griddle is a mainstay of every brewing session to staff party. The flat top can also be lifted off to use the direct heat searing grill if you prefer the lines in your snags / steak. Otherwise we just let the big heavy top on and get it hot to get that crispy sear on the burger patties.
