First attempt incorriging

"My first attempt at brewing, I made alot of mistakes but the finished product was well and truly drinkable and enjoyed 😉"

Fantastic beer

"I really enjoyed this beer. This was my first all grain job after years of tin kits. I'm generally not keen on too many hops; so I decided to leave out half the allocated hops and it was a very tasty beer. I'll certainly buy this one again, however, I have a desire to keep trying all grain kits so may be tempted by all the other kits before I get a chance to come back to this one."

Absolute winner

"Brilliant recipe! Without a doubt one of the best recipes I've tasted. Very similar to Kaiju Krush and substantially cheaper. Definitely recommend for a first brew."

Was it a surprise? Is it good? Is it close?

"I fell in love with S&W Pacific Ale by accident and then spent many weeks trying to find a clone. In that journey, i discovered that i had in fact bought this kit before and guzzled the lot. This time around after buying the kit again and 'guzzling the lot', i sampled the S&W alongside this kit. Much to my surprise, i preferred mine over the Stone & Wood. I used BRY97, that came with it. I also added just over a cup of maltodextrin AND around half a kilo of rolled oats in the mash after reading that in a different recipe. Not being a real hop head, i did skip the galaxy dry hop and just went the citra. I found that to be a great choice but next time will do the full route to see what it produces. I think as home brewers, we tend to criticize our works but when we compare side by side, we find we are much closer than what we realise. Would i make this again? In a heartbeat AND at $80 something a slab for Stone & Wood and preferring this. . . well. I'm still stunned. HIGHLY recommended BUT. . . as with most brews, it will change from something average to something VERY special in a week, so give it time. Cheers."

First all grain batch

"First go for me and it went surprisingly easily, im still getting the process down and consistent, split it into 2 separate batches to get more practice, I'd liken my beer to single fin if anything which is a tick in my books!"

Antonio G. (5/5)

Good Quality Brew

"Got this as part of the Black Friday sale. Good drop. Slightly hazy after cold crash and carbing. Nice summer session beer."
