This particular All Grain kit designed by Co-Conspirators brewery in Melbourne boasts a juicy citrus, pineapple and stone fruit laden brew. Bitter but balannced with fresh full bodied malts.

The Matriarch NEIPA by Co-Conspirators All Grain Recipe Kit contains all the malt, yeast and hops required for a delicious, all grain New England IPA.

Quantities of grain, hops and yeast are scaled up for double batches.

For a breakdown on transferring your finished beer, please refer here for bottling or here for kegging. Kegging your beer is strongly recommended for this style, as any oxidation of the fermented beer can cause well documented issues due to the large dry hop.
