30L FermZilla All Rounder Pressure Brewing Starter Kit

If you want to brew under pressure we offer a wide range of "Spunding Valves".
Quickly; A spunding valve helps maintain the pressure inside a vessel and not exceed that pressure. For example if you were to pressurise the vessel up to 15psi, then attach a spunding valve, you would be able to set the vessel below 15psi to ferment at.

Types of recommended spunding valves:
KB03529 Integrated Gauge BlowTie Kit (0-15psi) - The most compact solution
KL09706 BlowTie Spunding Valve Kit with large 0-15 Gauge - The most accurate solution
We do not recommend using a Pressure Release Valve (PRV) as a Spunding valve KL29438 Ball Lock Disconnect Spund Valve G2

This kit comes with a bubbler so you could not brew under pressure, then swap the cap for the red carbonation cap and pressure transfer the brew into a keg, bottles or cans.

If you don't have any spare disconnects or tubing lying around you might want to grab a Big Jumper transfer line kit.

We would also still recommend getting a CO2 Gas to be able to transfer to a keg/bottle/can or dispense directly out of the unit. As these units were designed to be fermenting and pressure transfer vessels for your delicious cargo.

What we have inside this kit is:
1 x KL15189 30L All Rounder FermZilla Base Kit
1 x KL10788 Red Carbonation Caps (We use these as Gas posts)
1 x KL10788-Yellow Yellow Carbonation Caps (For Liquid Posts) 
1 x KL17060 Stainless Steel Float with Silicone Dip Tube and Mesh Filter (You will need to cut this to your desired depth)

The FermZilla AR30 is the perfect fermentation vessel that can be used for fermenting under pressure, carbonating and dispensing.  It's far more capable than the FermZilla Flat bottom but it's less complicated and less expensive than the FermZilla Conical Unitank.  So like the name says it's the "All Rounder".

Keeping the units out of direct sunlight is a must for all PET fermenters. Sunlight degrades PET.

Please note:
When using this vessel under pressure. You must perform a water pressure check to ensure your connections are leak proof. To do this. Fill your FermZilla up with water, then apply a minimum of 15psi pressure to the vessel. Check for leaks around all Cap / Threads.

Occasionally these units may come with some small indentations/dimples/dents from shipping, this is just a reality of shipping large blow-moulded thin-walled vessels. But don't panic, these fermenters are designed to endure minor deformations such as this. This was a necessary implementation into the design so that they can withstand some accidental suction from cold crashing and rough handling in transit without compromising their integrity and ability to endure high pressures. All small dents will push out and settle with use and positive pressure and are only an issue and warrant replacement in the rare event they start to show white stress patterns or have damaged the plastic.
