Guar Gum Powder - 100g
Guar Gum Powder is a food additive which is used as a thickening agent, binding agent or emulsifier usually in sweet or savoury baked goods. However, it is also an excellent binding agent used to improve the texture of gluten-free pizza doughs.
Guar Gum is commonly used as an emulsifier in ice-cream and gelatos to produce a smooth texture free of ice crystals.
Guar Gum improves binding and texture in pizza doughs, breads and cakes. Simply add 1/2 teaspoon for each cup of gluten-free flour.
Guar Gum is an excellent thickening agent for use in sauces, soups and desserts. Add roughly 1 teaspoon per cup of liquid in hot sauces or about 1/2 teaspoon per cup of cold liquid.
Gluten-free, dairy-free, grain-free and vegan.
Storage: Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Packaged in a 100g sealed mylar bag.
