Chocolate Wheat - Weyermann (GER) - per kg
A roasted wheat malt which adds an intensified mild roast aroma to dark beers as well as improved colour.
It adds notes of coffee, dark chocolate and bread.
Use sparingly in dark wheat styles or in small percentages in dark styles such as Porters, Alt Biers, Dark Wheat Beers and Stouts.
Usage rate: Up to 5%
