A refreshing British classic, blending Gin and Aperitivo together with crisp lemonade and dry ginger ale. This makes a light, fruity, and effortlessly refreshing, it’s the perfect serve for sunny afternoons, garden parties, and relaxed celebrations. Serve chilled over ice.

Always garnish with a mix of fresh strawberries, orange, cucumber, and mint.

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Dissolve 380g of Brown Sugar in 3L of warm water then add to your 19L Keg.
  2. Add 1 x Aperitivo, 1 x London Dry Gin, 2 x Lemonade and 2 x Dry Ginger Ale Sachets to the keg.
  3. Pour in the 5L of Medium VINKA Bladder.
  4. Top up to 19L with water (Filtered is best)
  5. Either serve uncarbonated as a Punch, or carbonate to 20psi (at 2°C) for a week for a Trifecta Spritz!
  6. Garnish with Fresh Mint, Slices of Cucumber, Strawberries and Orange Slices.

This RTK kit has only been designed as a 19L RTK kit.
Trifecta Punch Cup is approximately 6.5% ABV

As this can be made as an uncarbonated Punch or Carbonated Spritz. Simply leave off gas and dispense at low pressures, or crank up to 20psi and have it spritzy anytime!


For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.
