This is a 3 inch TC liquid or vapour collection plate kit made for the PolyPhoenix distillation units from KegLand.
The top 20mm Barbed Port is used for Vapour Management. The lower portion is used for liquid management that would come off the funnel, down into the collector.

"I already purchased all the parts for it previously, and had to buy the whole undertaker kit, but the plate and column/ collection funnel does what its meant to. Adding a needle valve to the liquid collection and a large ball valve to the vapour collection is a lot more convenient than the Hoffman clamps."
