Peacharine - (500g Pellet Hop)

Peacharine has a rich peach/nectarine character with an appealing citrus backbone.  In the background are hints of sweet fruit, lime zest and indistinct floral notes. It can easily captivate in a single hop beer, but also pairs well with a wide range of both thiol and terpene heavy varietals.
