Brewed from Jamaican grown Ginger this Ready to Keg Kit is one for the books. Honoring authentic brewing techniques with Jamaican grown ginger root, this hazy ginger beer boasts a unique crisp yet bold and spicy ginger taste. 
We find that Medium VINKA pairs the absolute best with this kit, boosting the flavour profile.

Mix up a KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg or a Half Size KL02882 9.5L Ball Lock Keg of classic alcoholic Ginger beer at home with ease with the fully formulated Orange Stripe Jamaican Brewed Ginger Kit, Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy! 

For a lower alcohol variant simply add less VINKA Medium Cocktail Base or less neutral alcohol.

19L Hard Jamaican Ginger Beer VINKA 19L Keg Kit Instructions (ABV 5.80%)
1 x KL41966 - VINKA - Medium Cocktail Base - 5L
4 x KL43120 - Jamaican Brewed Ginger Beer Flavour Shots - 250mL 
2 x KL41928 - Impressence FermStop Sachets - 50mL

Recipe Instructions:

1. Add 5L VINKA Medium Cocktail Base to your to your KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg
2. Add 4 x Jamaican Brewed Ginger Beer Flavour Shots - 250mL .
   
3. Top up to 19L with water
4. Then add 2 x FermStop sachets. (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)
5. Mix Keg Contents Well.
6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

1. Add 10 x 250mL VINKA Medium Cocktail Bases to your to your KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg
2. Add 2 x Jamaican Brewed Ginger Beer Flavour Shots - 250mL .
   
3. Top up to 9.5L with water
4. Then add 1 x FermStop sachets. (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)
5. Mix Keg Contents Well.
