The Impressence Flavour Team has been hard at work trying to perfect CC & Dry.
Thank you to all of the feedback on our previous version. Feedback being, it's too ginger-ale-like. It needs to be softer and brighter.
Introducing exactly that! Lighter on the Dry Ginger Ale and smoother on the Rye Whiskey. This is as close as I think you'll be able to get to the classic RTD CC&Dry in a sugar free format.
Gluten Free
This particular recipe style is more like pouring in Canuck Club and Canadian Dry Ginger Ale into a glass over ice. It is more punchy in flavours than the stock standard CC & Dry RTD cans.
Mix up a KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg or a Half Size KL02882 9.5L Ball Lock Keg of classic Canuck Club & Dry Impressence at home with ease with the fully formulated Canuck Club and Dry Kit, Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy!
This kit can be made in two alcohol strengths.
Canuck Club & Dry (Rye Whiskey) - Zero Sugar : 6.2% ABV
Canuck Club & Dry (Rye Whiskey) - Zero Sugar : 9.1% ABV
For a lower alcohol variant simply add less VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base.
For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.

"Finally got around to mixing and gassing ( set and forget) Very nice product! I hadn't tried the version 1 so no help comparing, but this has very nice ginger and ale flavour with a smooth whiskey. For very little effort it's a great easy drink. Definitely recommend giving it a go"

"Thought I'd try this. Worked out pretty expensive for one with freight ( still less than 2 cartons of overproof tins ) Tried it at 1 week. Dodgy but drinkable. Had a couple at 2 weeks plus and they are nice. Well done folks in the Lab, nice mix. So a lot more economical to buy 7 assorted kits, which I did today, and only $16. 70 per kit for delivery. Still averages out at $1. 59 a tin. Thanks, You deserve your 5 star rating Gary"
