The Impressence Flavour Team has been hard at work trying to perfect CC & Dry.
Thank you to all of the feedback on our previous version. Feedback being, it's too ginger-ale-like. It needs to be softer and brighter.

Introducing exactly that! Lighter on the Dry Ginger Ale and smoother on the Rye Whiskey. This is as close as I think you'll be able to get to the classic RTD CC&Dry.

Gluten Free

This particular recipe style is more like pouring in Canuck Club and Canadian Dry Ginger Ale into a glass over ice. It is more punchy in flavours than the stock standard CC & Dry RTD cans.

Mix up a KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg or a Half Size KL02882ย 9.5L Ball Lock Keg of classic Canuck Club & Dry Impressence at home with ease with the fully formulated Canuck Club and Dry Kit, Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy!ย

This kit can be made in two alcohol strengths.
Canuck Club & Dry (Rye Whiskey) : 6.2% ABV
Canuck Club & Dry (Rye Whiskey) : 9.1% ABV

For a lower alcohol variant simply add less VINKA Medium Cocktail Base.

For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.

For step by step mixing instructions and what each kit includes please see the Product Downloads Tab > Recipe Instructions Sheet.

Watered down and boring

"Maybe I got a bad batch - this kit has produced a very boring flavourless watery drink. It’s like someone made a cc and dry in a full glass of ice and let all the ice melt. I thought I must have mistakenly received the flavours for the smaller kit, but no. At this point I’m wondering whether I can add something to save it or do I just throw out the lot."

Not happy Jan

"Dudes It’s not better……your previous one was good I will say I dropped the sugar content to 600g which I thought was right This one the colour is too light and it doesn’t give the after taste of scotch"

Spot on taste

"I alway try a different Vinka mix every time I top up my worts, and this one is fairly close to the taste"

Luke T. (5/5)

Watered down

"I don’t know if I got a bad batch, I had enjoyed the previous version 1 of this kit. The version 2 tastes like a very watered down disappointing drink - like you filled a glass with ice and let it melt."

Justin C. (2/5)

Canuck&dry

"Too easy to make and better still to easy to drink just like the cans but cheaper and better."

Don C. (5/5)

So easy to put down

"Made this kit today, it was very easy to make, it's the first time doing one of these kits. I hope the taste is close to CC."

Rod D. (5/5)

Canuck Club & Dry

"Easily made, brew is rather sweet. I will make again but maybe reduce the sugar content. Vinka cocktail base has a strong flavour but has improved over time with continual carbonation pressure, now 2 weeks, as directions advise. Yes, will buy again."

What psi should this ideally be at?
Personal choice, but somewhere from 25-30psi is about right!
