So far so good

"Definitely hits that juicey character you’d expect from a neipa. Can see this one being a regular. Photo makes it appear darker than it is. It came out really nice."

NEIPA

"As per the name, a very juicy IPA. Love it. Dry hop just as fermentation is slowing down. Hold at 10 PSI once hops are added. Keg. Drink. Lovely"

Delicious fruit bomb with zero bitterness. Will definitely be in the rotation over summer 🍻🌞.

"Hey fellow homebrewers! Just cracked open my latest creation and I'm stoked to share. This hazy golden beauty boasts a fluffy white head that sticks around, thanks to the Carafoam. The aroma? It's like a tropical fruit explosion! Mosaic and Citra hops are showing off with waves of mango, passionfruit, tangerine, and grapefruit. It's a hop smoothie for your nose! The flavor doesn't disappoint either. There's just enough bready sweetness from the pale and wheat malts to balance the juicy, fruity hop punch. The mouthfeel is smooth and creamy, with that pillowy quality we love in a good New England-style IPA. It's got all that hoppy goodness without overwhelming bitterness. Perfect for sunny afternoons! Who's ready to brew this bad boy? Cheers!"

So juicy!

"This was delicious. 10/10 would brew again. Could perhaps be a bit stronger, but I guess that’s down to personal taste. Excellent recipe!"
