Very hard for first timers

"Hi the sales side was easy but installation was very bad no manual only online one and I tried multiple times and it’s still coming out very bad from my glycol beer system the parts are loose haven’t given any equipment to make them tight including the taps I m still willing to pay someone who can install but the customer service says have to do myself only my system just sitting there doing nothing trying to find someone who can actually install"
