5 Star - Large Uniform Long Pieces - 10kg
Premium long straight quarter cut white charcoal binchotan. Primarily used when up to temperature for extended long cooks on hibachi grills and outdoor bbq's. Requires larger ignition source to get lit. Roughly 150 to 200mm pieces.

4 Star - Medium Sized Pieces - 10kg
Medium sized white charcoal pieces, mostly long pieces around 110mm with some 1/4 cut lengths instead of all rounds. Requires a good amount of ignition source.

3 Star - Small Sized Pieces - 10kg
Still premium Binchotan Sono but in smaller off cuts / shorter cuts. Much easier to light than 4 & 5 Star. A better fit in Chimney Starters.
Ideal for compact hibachis and mid week cooks.
2 Star - Mixed Premium Hardwood LumpCharcoal - 9kg
Cut in a medium to large range of sizes. These are much easier to ignite, burn extremely hot. Will burn out much faster than the more dense Binchotan wood. Harder to snuff out to re-use. Will impart a smokey flavour to your cooking.

"If you do anything on a spit that requires large pieces of charcoal this is the bargain choice for you. Picture depicts the roughly 20x40cm box pieces are jumbo. On the lighter side but far from styrofoam. No signs of FOD. Has the sus yellow packing tape"
