Nitrogen (N2) Compatible
Nitrogen doesn't dissolve as easily into liquid like Carbon Dioxide (CO2). The nitrogen produces tiny bubbles that feel smooth on the tongue, exscenuating a creamy effect in beer/coffee.
Another common taste factor noticed by beer brewers is that it can quell bitterness.
Nitro also accenuates the malt flavours compared to CO2. Other taste factors commonly associated with using nitrogen is a rich mouthfeel sensation. These beers/coffees when poured will have a cascading effect in the glass. The nitrogen bubbles appear to be falling to the bottom, while the bubbles in the middle of the glass circle upwards. These systems are extremely popular in new-age coffee shops, as the nitro provides a creamy effect without the need of adding milk!

Instructions
Attach the regulator to to the top of your disposable cylinder. Turn pressure up to desired level.
To avoid the chance of leaks and returning to an empty bottle, please triple check every connection point on your system or disconnect your gas cylinder between uses.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are removing the regulator at any point you MUST use a spanner to hold the brass neck of the cylinder. Failure to do so could cause the strong adhesive glue to crack and the cylinder detaches from the fitting.

"Sits nicely on top of the disposable N2 canisters. Not the same build quality as the excellent Kegland CO2 regulators, but it works. If no gas comes out after screwing it on, it might be on too tight. I had to play around a bit to get it in the right zone but now it works great."

- Hi, I can't seem to get the regulator to allow any gas to flow? I have an N2 2.2kg set up. When uou connect the regulator and tighten it down, once you open the valve it lets a tiny amount of gas out (about as much as escapes when connecting the regulator) and then nothing, no matter how far you open the regulator. Am I missing something in my process?
- Yeah, these are fiddly. Screw in the bottle, then back off slightly - this normally does the trick!

- Its a 6mm barb best suited for 5mm ID tubing. Or use a KL06880 duotight and any 8mm OD EVABarrier
