Lemon Lime Pub Squash Flavour Shot, lets you Hard Rate your brews easily at home! Either Keg, Bottle or Can.

Flavour Profile:
A twist on the classic pub squash flavour that leaves every summer drinker pining for more. Highly addictive!

Ingredients:
Water, Acidity Regulator (E330), Natural Flavouring, Flavouring, Colours (E102, E133).

How to use: 
KegLand Ready to Keg Kit
These kits utilise alcohol from VINKA so you don't have to ferment anything yourself. Depending on your Keg Size you'll use a number of Flavour Shot Sachets and FermStop Sachets and white sugar from your pantry. (See Recipes Below)

Keggers, Bottlers and Canners that use sugar to prime
You would simply add these flavour shots to your fermenter / bottling bucket / keg. It is very difficult to determine how much you would add as it depends on the flavour intensity of what you've brewed/mixed up. Whether that be a beer, seltzer or cider for example.
These Flavour Shots are extremely more potent when paired with a sugar or sugar alternative. Artificial sweeteners in dryer fermented recipes may be a great way to boost the flavour.

Soft Drink Ready to Keg Kit
These kits only utilise white sugar or artificial sweeteners, a number of Flavour Shots and FermStops based on the Keg Size.

Mix up a KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg or a Half Size KL02882 9.5L Ball Lock Keg of classic lemonade soft drink or alcoholic lemonade at home with ease by following the instructions below. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy! 

For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will settle and improve over time. For a less sweet option simply reduce the white sugar addition.

Lemon Lime Pub Squash Soft Drink Recipe (19L keg)

  1. Add 4 x Impressence Lemon Lime Pub Squash Flavour Shot sachets to your KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg.
  2. Add 1.66kg White Sugar.
  3. Top up to 19L with water and add 2 x FermStop sachets.
  4. Mix Keg Contents Well.
  5. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

  5. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

1 x KL41966 - VINKA - Medium Cocktail Base - 5L
4 x KL44271 - Impressence - Lemon Lime Pub Squash Flavour Shot - 50mL
2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Add 5L VINKA Medium Cocktail Base to your KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg.
  2. Add 4 x Impressence - Lemon Lime Pub Squash Flavour Shot 50mL sachets.
  3. Add 960g White Sugar.
  4. Top up to 19L with water and add 2 x FermStop sachets.
  5. Mix Keg Contents Well.
  6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

  1. Add 10 x 250mL VINKA Medium Cocktail Bases to your KL02882 9.5L Ball Lock Keg
  2. Add 2 x Impressence - Lemon Lime Pub Squash Flavour Shot 50mL sachets.
  3. Add 480g White Sugar.
  4. Top up to 9.5L with water and add 1 x FermStop sachet.
    (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)
  5. Mix Keg Contents Well.
  6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

You will need:

4 x KL44271 - Impressence - Lemon Lime Pub Squash Flavour Shot - 50mL
2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Add 2.8L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka) to your KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg.
  2. Add 4 x KL41843 - Impressence - Lemon Pub Squash Flavour Shots - 50mL
  3. Add 1.66kg White Sugar.
  4. Top up to 19L with water and then add 2 x FermStop sachets.
    (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)
  5. Mix Keg Contents Well.
  6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

Better recipe, a true cocktail taste. not alcopop

"19L keg. Filled only to about 17L mark 4 x Lemon lime Pub squash Sachet. KL44271 1 x 500Ml Real squeezed Lime juice ( You can buy "Lemon fresh" brand 500ml sachet from the supermarket. I got mine from IGA) << Important ingredient and makes it a bit cloudy. 4g of Citric acid. < more refreshing and zing ( get that from the S. M. 200G of white sugar. You just don't need anymore Trust me! 5L Vinka medium cocktail base. ( I estimate this has about 500G of sugar in it already based on the Brix os 22. 5 @ 22% ABV 2 x ferm stop. Amazing beverage: you can not taste any of the Vinka base. and yet its not sweat tasting like an alcopop or over flavoured. VERY refreshing and dangerously easy to drink. Happy Times!. This is the Best Vinka mix I have made thus far as I explore this system. It tastes great the min after you finish. no need to wait. I taste tested it flat into a glass of ice. it will only get better with carbonation and time ( if that's possible ) Very happy with this one."
