Idaho 7 is well known for its potent and unique flavours and aromas. These include bold tropical and stone fruit with faint elements of resiny pine and black tea. This variety is fantastic for late hop additions and can also be used for bittering due to its high alpha acid content.
Idaho 7 pellets are less dense than normal T-90 hop pellets as a result of a soft pelletising process by Crosby Farms. This improves hop utilisation and makes it ideal for use during the whirlpool or as a dry hop addition.

"This hop is a new favourite of mine. Used Idaho 7 at flame out and as a dry hop in an extract Pale Ale which came out a treat. Plenty of fruitiness, backed up by some herbal/piney flavours. The ordering and delivery process was also quick and easy!"
