For a lower alcohol variant simply add less VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base.
For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.

"Absolutely awesome kit from KegLand. The Boozehound Hard Red Pub Soda came out tasting great with a really smooth flavour and proper pub soda feel. One thing I’d recommend though, I only used 2 of the 4 sweeteners included and it was more than sweet enough for my taste. If you prefer a less sweet finish, definitely consider reducing the sweetener amount. Will definitely be making this one again."

The other 2 spirit cocktail bases I had ordered never arrived and my follow-up email asking about replacement of the cocktail base that had leaked and the missing other cocktail bases has not been responded to."
