Hard Lemon Pub Squash: 5.8% ABV
For a lower alcohol variant simply add less VINKA Medium Cocktail Base.
For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.

"When I first tried to, I did it to the recipe I couldn’t quite put my finger on it what was wrong with it though? So I took out some vodka in the next batch. So about 1. 1 L of vodka taste better but I think I’ll go probably 1. 5l about 1. 7l next time or maybe add more sugar"

"Delicious. Perfect for summer & with deep fried fish. Initially halved the amount of sugar (based on past reviews about how sweet the recipe is), but found the perfect spot at 75% of recommended sugar. Oddly, it was very high in alcohol content for the 1st week. Not sure if the alcohol "evaporated", but it became kinda low in alcohol content thereafter. Kinda lost its "kick", but still delicious."
