Hard Lemon Pub Squash: 5.8% ABV
For a lower alcohol variant simply add less VINKA Medium Cocktail Base.
For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.

"I made this for my adult kids. It's as easy to make as punch. It tastes just like lemon squash. The recipe called for 920g of sugar. I used 850g and it was still fairly sweet. Next time I'll try 750g. A 24 carton of Hard Rated cans (9L) is $120 (retail). This made 20 litres for under $60. I'd even consider diluting it more or using less of the cocktail base because the ABV is 5. 5% compared the original product's 4. 5%."

"i found this to be very good, i think best results for these ready to keg is to mix in old fermenter then keg. Mixing well is key. Ive found half rate of dextrose also suits as the pre mix flavouring is sweet enough."
