Improve your distillation efficiency or produce low carb beers with the addition of this fungal derived glucoamylase powder to break down dextrins into simple sugars (glucose) for higher yield.

To maximise the ethanol yield of your distillation wash use glucoamylase in combination with high temperature alpha amylase.

Glucoamylase can also be used to produce a drier finish beer or produce low carb beer or Brut IPA's.
