If you are new to brewing and don't want to invest in an all grain brewing system, or simply are strapped for time to put on a brew. Fresh3 is there for you when you need it. The Fresh3 recipes contain no cost cutting adjuncts like dextrose or dried malt extract, they are 100% All Grain, all real fresh ingredients in a 15L Aseptically Filled HDPE Bag.
This FWK is a standalone base, meaning that it is not sold with Yeast or Hops like our other complete recipe kits.

We have optimised the water profile for still a hop forward presence. This base is the ultimate backbone to craft and tweak your very own XPA. We've got great aroma additions from Krush, Superdelic and Nectaron coming through and Krush bring a great bitterness that gives a little Xtra over the typical Magnum addition.
This is the All Grain F3WK is your ticket behind the curtain to craft your own homebrew without having to brew it from scratch. There are no limits to your imagination and combinations you can create. Tinker with the type of yeasts available, if you have temperature control go wild try something new and make it your own. Combinations and amounts of hops, add grapefruit zest, add whatever you truly want to make it your own. That is what the Fresh3 Base Kits are all about. That means, no recipe instructions for this kit. You're the mastermind.

"My honest view on ALL Fresh wort kits from KL is that they are ALL slightly caramelized (Over boiled) and they are all under the Bitterness balance to the malt intensity that I would like. because of such, they can be overly malty and caramelized. (IMO) For this XPA, I added fresh bittering hops from my garden (Millennial and Red earth) by making a hop tea boil. I also used that boil to bring the temp of the wort up for pitch at target 20 deg as the wort was sitting at 16deg c. The kit suggest you add 5L per 15L wort goon. I added only 2 per bag for a brew aimed at about 6. 5% ( like an IPA). ( My batch was 86L using 5 fresh wort kits, so 75L wort plus 11L of Hop tea boil. Using a Cali yeast. , on day 2 of fermentation I dumped a truckload of Krush and Superdelic in the fermenter. 2:1 ratio. . Result: it's a keeper!. I am not sure if I prefer Krush or Citra. I also need to understand what the superdelic is doing vs the Krush. what I can say is, this has a more "Orange peel zest" vs the Citra being more lemon and pineapple ( just my opinion guys) anyway. this is BY far the best Fresh kit IMO. I wish they would not concentrate the wort as much. I would much rather pay more and have a wort that I don't dilute. Have my new grain set up now so probably won't be buying much more wort from here on but hey. . . . The photo shows you, its to dark for an "X" Pa. but still, as a beverage it's Golden. 10/10 actually. To be clear. I would prefer to have to buy one more bag and not dilute."
