This Fresh3 [Fresh Cubed] Fresh Wort Kit has been designed for the everyday working man who has a glass when they get home from a stressful day, or the lads on the sesh wanting to smash smash and smash some tasty haziness. There may be an in-between, but quite frankly I don't want to know about it! The Ninja is calm, calculated and patient for his moment to strike, much like this Session NEIPA it is one that you can comfortably consume and keep your wits about you.
Briskly tip toeing in around the 3.9% mark you can easily have a refreshing afternoon and not be able to walk.. We've all been there, don't look at me like I'm the only one taking an afternoon couch nap. We are big fans of the NEIPA yeast with Lallemand with its moderate biotransformation properties for hops during fermentation, so please tinker and play. Adding the hops at high krausen (peak fermenting with that scum ring around the fermenter) can sometimes transform the quiet Ninja into a rampaging Fruit Ninja.
We also recommend grabbing some bottles or preferably an extra keg to store that extra 5 or 6L that's leftover in the fermenter. Or carbonate in the Fermenter if you have a FermZilla AR or Conical and dispense from it and enjoy those last few pints!

Fresh3 is for the brewing time poor with other commitments, newbie brewers who haven't invested in brewing hardware, or for the lovers of pre-fermented beer (wort) to ferment out and keg. Knowing full well that it is so much cheaper than if you were to buy ready-made beer from the bottle-o.
We would normally liken fresh wort kit fermenting to building furniture from IKEA, you didn't make the table and chairs or bedframe from scratch. But bloody hell you were proud you assembled it with minimal swearing at an instruction booklet because you maybe skipped ahead without noticing. But in this case, you'll be drinking that achievement in a week or two and sharing it with your friends or family. We'd take that overpaying tens if not hundreds more for pre-made stuff. (No Allen keys necessary)
Being a company that specialises in home brewing and short draw draught systems (Kegerators), we have designed these recipe kits around kegging within a fridge as the end result. You of course can bottle/can or keg condition most of the recipes, but please note they may turn out differently from what we have crafted them to be.
