Gluten free and easy to to do.

"Surprisingly simple for a beginner. I've tried a few techniques to make handling the inner bladder easiest, On my first batch, I also added Mosaic hops at the end of the fermentation for two days. It probably didn't need it. The color is darker than the draft kit and my brew was hazy (which could've been me)."

"Didnt look or taste anything like a pale ale, dark and malty. Spoke to kegland but not resolved. Dissappointed."
