The best temperature to ferment this wort is around 18-22°C with Premium Verdant yeast from Lallemand. You will notice a bursting bouquet of tropical flavours as it ferments. 
If you do ferment a little warmer, fruitier notes will come out. But be careful not to ferment too high to get esters appear.
