1 x KL40204 CellarScience - BERLIN German Lager Yeast x 12g

1 x KL35729 FRESH3 - GFW Base Kit - TWOBAYS Brewing Gluten Free (Fresh Wort Kit)

This is a very versatile yeast that can be fermented between 10-22°C. You would generally get a crisper cleaner tasting beer the lower temperature you ferment at.
