Bottom fermenting yeast originating from Berlin (Germany) recommended for the production of fruity and estery lagers. Its lower attenuation profile gives beers with a good length on the palate.

Fermentation: ideally 12-15°C (53.6-59°F)

Shelf Life
Refer to best before end date printed on the sachet.
Opened sachets must be sealed and stored at 4°C (39°F) and used within 7 days of opening.
Do not use soft or damaged sachets.

To ensure a healthy fermentation it is a good idea to incorporate some yeast nutrient in your brewing. You can purchase some here.

"Good clean yeadt strain. I ferment ay 9.5 deg and usually do a 5l starter even though all the forums say not to. Stesses the yeast. Starter 1.041 and fermenting sg 1.041 wouldnt it be stressed pitched any way. Rant over."
