David will be well known to most of you from the David Heath Homebrew YouTube channel - he has been producing fantastic brewing videos for a long time now.

In collaboration with David, some of his best and most popular recipes have been adapted for locally available malt, hops and yeasts (as required). They have also been scaled to suit the 35L BrewZilla (Single Batch) and the 65L BrewZilla (Double Batch) where necessary

Refreshing beer.

"I haven't tried an original version of this type of beer, but given that it is one of David Heath's clones one is guaranteed that it will be a good copy. It tastes great and definitely benefits from at least two weeks of bottle conditioning. It has a light honey coloring when pored and a bright white head. It has a very smooth mouth feel with minimal bitterness and a pleasing sense of sweetness. The carbonation looks quite vigorous but its not gassy when it is swallowed. This recipe kit turned out great. Thanks KegLand."
