This traditional dark coloured Belgian Candi Syrup has been made from authentic Belgium Caramelised beet sugars.

This syrup is deep red/black in colour and contributes flavours of soft caramel, vanilla, plums and raisins. It is highly fermentable making it ideal for use in darker coloured Belgian styles such as Belgian Dubbels and Quadruples.

500g of Candi syrup will contribute approximately 1.035 SG per 3.785 L of wort.
