This recipe showcases the game-changing new CellarScience NE Hazy yeast, paired with a heavy-hitting hop schedule to deliver an absolute downpour of tropical aroma.

A Perfect Storm of Flavour & Aroma

We didn't just throw hops at this; we engineered a front. We started with a mid-fermentation dry hop of Cryo Citra to lock in those intense citrus highs, followed by a massive post-fermentation dry hop blend of Mosaic, Nectaron, and Motueka. The result? A massive fruit punch aroma that hits you the moment you crack the pour.

• The Backbone: Unlike hazies that fall flat, Calum designed this kit with a subtle, perfectly balanced touch of IBUs to give the beer real structure and a clean, satisfying backbone.
