This Cannular Can and Bottle filler is ideally used for bottle cans or even glasses.  Using two adjustable stainless steel tubes it will use one to purge oxygen out of the vessel and then use the second one to fill the vessel to a precise level based on an internal pressure sensor.

Features

OLED Digital Display

The OLED display makes calibration super easy.  It also enables you to keep track of filling speed, number of cycles/fills, purge time, fill height and also enables you to make on-the-fly adjustments to your filling requirements so you can conveniently tweak the settings while filling.

Integrated Ball Lock Connectors

The integrated ball lock connectors allow you to quickly attach your beer and gas ball lock disconnects.  We recommend the use of the Duotight Ball Lock Disconnects in Gas and Liquid to connected to these input and outputs.

Integrated Pinch Valve

The integrated pinch valve is one of the things that makes this unit far superior to other filling machines.  The pinch valve enables you to easily remove the beer line for cleaning so the stainless tube, silicone hose and yellow carbonation cap/ball lock disconnect removes completely and can be put into the dishwasher or cleaned in the sink.  The pinch valve is mechanically simple and therefore reliable.  It is not subject to small particles like hops getting stuck in the device and eliminates the need for pre-filtration.  It pinches down on the silicone tube to shut off the flow.  This design also enables laminar flow that reduces fobbing.  The pinch valve improves reliability, makes it easier to operate and a piece of cake to clean.

Integrated Regulator

Other filling machines require an external regulator that may need to drop the pressure lower than your normal keg dispense pressure.  Unlike these other fillers this filler has an integrated regulator which saves time and setup cost. This integrated regulator means you will not damage your machine by accidentally connecting it to a high pressure gas source.  You can hook up your gas line without the need for another external regulator or to fool around with your gas supply at all.  Just set the integrated regulator once during setup and forget about it.

Multi-Purpose

The long stainless tubes and adjustable height make this device useful for pretty much any bottles up to 30cm heigh or cans up to 27cm heigh.  It can also be used for still or carbonated beverages.  So this device is useful for wine bottles, beer cans, champagne, crown seal bottles and pretty much any other bottle/can/vessel that has a neck opening greater than 15mm.  It can also be used for filling glasses, jars or other vessels.

Fill Profiles

Some other machines require a full calibration to change from one vessel type to another.  This machine allows you to pre-save fill profiles depending on what you are doing.  Save a filling profile for your 300ml Cans and then save a different filling profile for your 750ml wine bottles.  Use our pre-saved presets or alternatively make your own fill profiles with different purge time and fill height.  These are also synced with the RAPT.io portal so you can save profiles and share them with friends or deploy to several other devices.

RAPT.io Connected (via Wifi)

As well as all the features above this filler connects to your Wifi and keeps track of your Cans Per Minute (CPM), fill speed and even temperature (if you purchase the external probe separately).  It will log all usage information so you can keep track of how your machine is running or even keep track of you staff to make sure they are cycling the machine at an acceptable rate.  The connectivity to the RAPT.io portal will enable you to more easily change settings, update profiles and keep track of your fill days so you can historically keep track of how your fill day went and which day you processed each batch.

Low DO Pickup

The quality and longevity of your beverage is often defined by how well you keep oxygen off your product.  This filler purges the oxygen out of the can and will enable you to get substantially lower dissolved oxygen.

Wall Mounted Design

This type of can and bottle filler has primarily been designed for wall mounting configuration.  This allows you to bring a can or bottle up to the filler from the underside of the unit.  To wall mount this unit you can download and print this template.

A great way to bottle beers from a keg.

"I used this today for the first time and it's fantastic. I bottled 24 beers directly from my Kegerator tap for our club case swap and it couldn't have been easier. I got some Foam tubing insulation 8mm internal diameter from Amazon and put it over my beer line to keep it nice and cold. I also set my Kegerator at 0C 24 hours ago. First pour went into a glass to chill the line and then I started bottling. Whilst I was filling 1 bottle, I was capping and rinsing the previous bottle so it made bottling so much easier. I have mine mounted to the side of my Kegerator with the Kegland adhesive button thingies. Very happy with it."

Haven't used it yet I

"Haven't used it yet I have just canned the beer straight off the tap which seems to work fine for beers you are going to drink in a couple of days, I am sure if you were not going to consume the beer for some time this would be the go. ."

Great kit, but needs tweaking for optimum use

"I've run this a few times now, but for bottles only, I don't have cans. Here's some handy tips, because it really isn't aimed at bottles. 1 - Do "dry" run throughs using a keg with water in it, to set up the exact bottle requirements. I use three styles - 500ml German long bottles, 330 bottles and 330 Belgian bottles. The two 330's are completely different. 2- Completely ignore the bottle Fill heights supplied!! This only works with cans. The system does not appreciate that bottle taper at the neck and are expecting straight sides. Here's my settings: 500 ml bottles - 175 (210 default!) 330 ml bottles - 150 (think it's 180 default) Belgian 330 ml bottles - 125 (see the difference?) 3 - It's always worth going a little under on fill height and manually topping up. There will be head using the bottles and it will overflow in more cases than not if you want a perfect fill. Have a drip tray handy. 4 - Cleaning is pretty simple, but with overflow it does get messy still. It's not just the fill tube that needs a clean. To be honest, not too sure about the gas tube? I purge this a bit, hoping it cleans out any beer, and then wipe the outside. 5 - Keep an eye on the Preset. I noticed mine changed to 330 ml cans during fills without me doing anything. Maybe a Fill lock out is required Kegland to stop this happening? I hope this helps others. It's a great kit for bottles, and whilst there is wastage, I think it is much less than the old bottle fillers with a spring at the bottom."

Too sensitive and inconsistent filling.

"Just can’t seem to be consistent with filling. The pressure meter seems to be too sensitive and does not allow for consistent filling. Sometimes the filler time out with beer in the can and other times it overfills. Good idea but too sensitive. It will be nice if you could select between sensor filling and normal time dependent fillings."

Works,, How do you get this thing to update?

"Ran through the video process to calibrate and suggestions to remove popets and all that, going through the flow of 24 cans, and the auto fill piece only worked about 5 times. Keep getting a lack of progress error. There should be a way to run on a timer, or reduce the error check time to allow me to use the lines and not have to over complicate filling with higher pressure and colder temps. got it on the wifi but will not register on my Rapt Portal nor pull any OTA updates."

Easy bottle filling

"Fast and easy bottle filling. I mostly use kegs but with this I can fill a few bottles and take them with me. Works great"

Cannular Filler

"Purchased this while visiting Melb from New Zealand. (think they will soon be available in NZ) This filler is great and compliments the canning machine, easy to setup, I made a simple bracket to hold on the bench upstand and any spillage goes into the sink. I'm still fine tuning the filling operation, purging works great but I encounter a bit too much foaming (that's a work in progress). Happy to receive any tips !!! This in now a great work station with everything I need within easy reach while filling my 330ml cans. This is a product well worth considering to expand your brewing setups - Happy Days Chris "Dutch Courage""

Q&A

How do I reset the fill number back to zero? I want to be able to count the number of different volume bottles I fill. I thought the number would reset when turned off but it doesn't.
Highlight the Fill Count. Then hold the Up and Down button until it resets
