A refreshing golden wheat beer with a fruity flavour.
This refreshing, lively beerΒ has been brewed with 52.8% New Zealand wheat and 47.2% pilsner malt. NZ Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops are added at the boil to provide a moderate bitterness to this concentrated brewery wort.
Brew with 1kgΒ Dextrose Mono-hydrate for a classic Wheat beer finish. For more body and colour use 1.7kg Black Rock unhopped wheat malt extract instead of sugar.
Dry yeast sachet located under the cap and detailed brewing instructions are provided on the back of the tin.Β
Costly, time-consuming all grain processes are not necessary to create quality craft wort at home. Discerning home brewers are always looking to improve their brewing techniques and beer quality. With this in mind, the master brewers at Black Rock have expertly brewed the highest quality fresh wort in a state-of-the-art Krones brewery, using only the finest fresh NZ malt before gently evaporating to 80 brix for your convenience.
