Glafdfield American Ale Malt
"I first brewed with American ale malt in January 2018, a long time ago. I use it as a balance with Gladfield ale malt at a ratio of 50:50. I include a little wheat, toffee and light crystal. The hops I use are usually from New Zealand and usually I use US05 yeast. The number. IBU 35to 40, SRM 12, and I balance the bitterness. I have the latest Braumeister 50 litre. My mates all love this beer."
