Amarillo hops are used worldwide where its ultra-high myrcene content creates a delicious orange citrus flavour. A varietal of Virgil Gamache Farms, Inc. Amarillo is highly acidic, making it a perfect choice for for ESB’s and Pale Ales.
Otherwise known as a supercharged Cascade hop, Amarillo boasts a massive punch of citrus flavours and delicate floral notes. Best used in all areas of the boil and dry hopped.
