"A very easy brew to make and one that turned out to be a great thirst quencher for these hot summer afternoons. It pours out of the bottle with a golden straw colour and a decent creamy white head. It is very smooth tasting with hardly any hop flavours or bitterness. The amount of carbonation was perfect and this brew is best served at very cold temperatures. I hope to try this recipe again."
"Great beer taste. Good ingredients! Good Service! Good head"
"I love the full body of this mixture a true reflection of a Munich Lage. Everybody likes the crisp taste."
"Fast shipping and service as always. Unfortunately this was the first brew of mine which has failed. Followed the recipe, using Brewzilla ,temp controlled fermenter and added yeast nutrient during the boil. The brew failed to stay within the expected FG ranges for a Helles (as per Brewfather), with fermentation finishing earlier than expected. I would like to try this one again some day."
"Great tasting beer, one to keep on the staples list."
"Only a week out of the fermenter. Good mouth feel and head retention. Slight hop aroma and minimal bitterness. Will only get better with age."
