This stainless 4inch tri-clover ball lock lid will enable you to turn your kegmenter into a uni tank, pressurisable fermenter or so it can be used as a keg.

This lid is so you can convert the 29 and 58L Kegmenters that we sell into either pressure-rated fermenters or use the Kegmenters as ball lock kegs.  This lid comes with a red pressure relief valve (that opens at 2.5bar - compatible thread to Cornelius type PRVs).  The lid has accurately machined gas and liquid posts.

If you would like to purchase the 29 and 58 liter kegmenters they can be purchased here:

29L Kegmenter

58L Kegmenter

This lid is ideally suited to also fermenting under pressure so you can use a spunding valve/adjustable pressure relief valve so you can naturally carbonate during primary fermentation.

It should be noted that we now make this lid with a 80cm silicone dip tube with a stainless float.  This innovative design means when you draw liquid from this kegmenter the liquid will always be drawn from the top 2.5cm of liquid meaning only the clearest wort/beer will be drawn from the kegmenter.  This is particularly useful if you are dispending directly from the fermenter or simply want to separate clear liquid from sediment which has sunken to the bottom of the kegmenter.

Great product.

"It would be nice to include a filter, but otherwise excellent. Esssential if you want to dispense from your fermentation vessel. Very handy for cleaning the kegmenter so it can be turned upside down or shaked around. This will reduce your RAPT pill reception if you use one though."

4 inch Tri-clover Kegmenter Lid

"Great piece of kit for pressure fermentation and transferring to another keg or drinking straight from the kegmenter itself. PRV works a treat. Floating stem works really well at avoiding sediment. Recommend picking up the little filter for the floating stem."

Alex V. (5/5)

Kegmenter Lid saved the Pils

"I had this lid installed on my Unitank, and I didn't have the fitting for extracting beer from the lower tap of point. This lid enabled me to pressure transfer the beer into kegs, which saved me, and the beer. I bought it as back up for keg transfer in case I put too many hops in and the valves became blocked. Works well!"

Another great product

"Great product. The only thing missing in this kit is the filter that is available separately!"

Q&A

Is it OK to drop this lid in my sparge water to sanitize? That would be about 77c. I'm using with a 50L Kegmenter, which looks fantastic!
The temperature shouldn't be an issue, but we would normally use ethanol or StellarSan
