Ferment, clarify, and dispense all in one vessel with the ultimate 29L Stainless Steel Kegmenter. Built from heavy-duty 1.8mm–2.1mm stainless steel, this robust pressure fermenter is designed for homebrewers and craft producers who want complete control over pressure fermentation, oxygen-free transfers, and natural carbonation.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Commercial-Grade Construction: Engineered with 1.8mm thick body walls and 2.1mm chimes, providing a safe 2.5 BAR working pressure limit.

  • Natural Carbonation: Fermenting under pressure traps natural $CO_2$, cutting down turnaround time and eliminating the need for priming sugar.

  • Floating Dip Tube with Filter: Clear liquid is drawn from the top of the fermenter rather than the bottom, leaving yeast sediment and hop trub behind for crystal-clear pours every time.

  • Color-Coded Posts: Features dedicated red (gas) and yellow (liquid) multi-post carbonation caps for effortless connection to gas lines and liquid transfers.

  • Dual-Lid Versatility: Includes both a standard flat lid with an airlock for traditional fermentations and a 4-inch Tri-Clover pressure lid for pressurized ferments.

Pressure & Technical Specifications

  • Maximum Working Pressure: 2.5 BAR (36.2 PSI)

  • Test Pressure: 5 BAR (72.5 PSI)

  • Wall Thickness: 1.8mm (Body) / 2.1mm (Chimes)

  • Height: 315mm (to top of chime)

  • Diameter: 395mm

Floating Dip Tube & Transfer System

The included silicone dip tube can be customized to your setup. Attach the included stainless steel float and yellow weighted filter to draw beer from the top where it is cleanest, or trim the tube to draw liquid fixed at 2.5cm above the bottom cone. This makes dispensing directly from the Kegmenter or executing closed, oxygen-free transfers to kegs seamless and clear.

What's Included in the Kit

Important Note: To ferment under pressure, you will require an adjustable spunding valve (such as a BlowTie valve) attached to the gas post. Please select your preferred spunding valve style from the dropdown menu before adding to cart.
