Vertical Spunding Valve

"Tried my new vertical spunding valve for the first time, very happy with it. The is calibrated in mpa, a scale not commonly used, would have preferrred to see psi/ bar as per the horizontal spunding valve. This isn't really an issue as I use a separate pressure gauge to set the required top pressure (measured in psi) and adjust the spunding accordingly. It is very responsive to adjustment, which is nice. One big advatage of the vertical version is that it doesent strain the triclamp, this has been an issue with the horizontal version ( particulary when you add in a pressure gauge) resulting in gas escaping when when used on my X2 conical vessels."
