Unique design allows you to insert a standard hydrometer directly into The Thief.
Simply dip once for a quick sample.
Just touch the tip to the rim to empty The Thief.
High grade acrylic for excellent clarity.

Length: 500mm to the Tip
Diameter: Approx 29mm inlet size, end cap is 36mm (in case you dropped it in)
Internal Diamater: 20mm Perfect size for a Hydrometer

How to use The Wine Thief:
1. Sanitize/rinse with non-alcohol based sanitizer.
2. Submerge empty Thief and remove.
3. Hold Thief vertically and insert hydrometer. Twist to dislodge bubbles and prevent hydrometer from clinging to sides.
4. Gently touch tip to the inside of the vessel to return sample. Avoid applying excessive force on pin.

Important: If valve tip drips, tug pin firmly to re-seat.
Temperature maximum: 120˚F or 49˚C
