This Medium base has been crafted in Australia from 100% Australian grown grapes that have been naturally fermented. This process creates a drink that’s very similar to vodka and is an exceptionally neutral base for your favourite cocktails.
All VINKA BASES are designed to be enjoyed with our wide range of VINKA mixers to make the perfect cocktail.
VINKA BASES all have the same 22% ABV but are available in five different sweetness levels:
Extra Dry (least sweet)
Dry (small amount of sugar)
Medium (some sugar content to create optimum mouthfeel)
Sweet (more sugar content)
Extra Sweet (large amounts of sugar to create overt sweetness)

No glass here – sachet pack for the future
Most glass in Australia is not recycled. To reduce this landfill burden all VINKA drinks are packed in more efficient sachet format that reduces packaging. Tastes good, is good!
Cocktails crafted for convenience
The VINKA pouches are designed to be ultra convenient. The soft packs will fit into your bag, esky, or pocket, making it convenient to whip up a cocktail at a music festival, camping or even at a house party (no bottles to dispose of!). The convenient pack type also makes enough for you and a friend, with most of the recipes yielding 300ml - 1000L of cocktail per batch.
Made from 100% AUS grown grapes – Fermented into wine but used like spirits
VINKA is technically wine but it can be used like vodka. That’s why we call it "VIN-KA" (wine-vodka). Unlike distilled spirits that can be high in fusel alcohols, VINKA is made from wine that has been naturally fermented. It then goes through a proprietary filtration and fortification process that leaves a neutral clear product that is ideal as a cocktail base and is 22% ABV, it also contains preservative e220.
* The process may also require ice, garnish and to be topped up with soda water.

"Arrived damaged in the box and had leaked throughout the entire purchase. The other 2 cocktail bases that I had ordered and paid for never arrived. I have emailed about this issue and have not received an answer about replacement of the leaking cocktail base and the missing other 2 cocktail bases. Disappointed and want my product delivered or a refund of the broken item and missing items."

"Fantastic way to make up your favourite premix. I've made hard ginger beer, hard cider, hard solo and yet it is so easy. I prefer the dry vinka with my cider. I also made my own lemon squash cordial, raspberry cordial, blackcurrant cordial and just put it in a keg with vinka, fermstop and water, carbonate and drink. I really like supermarket root beer cordial turned hard with vinka. Hard root beer!"
