Step 2: Select Your Taps & Font Style

Customise your dispensing setup with industry-leading NukaTap Stainless Steel taps. Choose from a single tap for your favourite brew up to a four-tap T-bar for showcasing a full range. The GD3 has 2 font slots so you can have anywhere from 1 to 8 taps mount on the system.

Your kit is almost complete! The final step is choosing the right connectors to attach the kegs to your lines. These are sold separately to ensure you only buy what you need.

For Homebrewers (using Ball Lock "Corny" Kegs)

If you brew your own beer, you'll need one gas and one liquid disconnect for each tap. We recommend:

• 1x Gas Disconnect: KL20756 duotight 8mm x Ball Lock Disconnect (Gas)
• 1x Liquid Disconnect: KL20749 duotight 8mm x Ball Lock Disconnect (Liquid)

For Commercial Kegs Only (from breweries)

If you only serve commercial kegs, you'll need a coupler for each tap. Check with your brewery which type they use. The most common are:

• KL43267 D-Type Keg Coupler All-SS with 8mm duotight Push-Fit

To easily switch between your own brews and commercial kegs, use Ball Lock Disconnects with specialised couplers. You'll need:

• The Gas and Liquid Disconnects listed in the Homebrew section (one of each per tap).

Do You Need CO2? Choose Your CO₂ Gas Cylinder

For a high-quality, full CO₂ cylinder, elect the size that best suits your needs. These are sold seperately.

• 2.6kg CO₂ Cylinder: A great compact option, perfect for easier portability and tighter spaces.
• 6.0kg CO₂ Cylinder: The best choice for commercial use or busy home bars, offering more than double the capacity for fewer changeovers.

Important Information & Best Practices

Setup, Calibration & Maintenance

This is a commercial-grade appliance. To ensure optimal performance, the unit will require calibration of the temperature and defrost cycles upon setup. As every environment is different, these settings may need periodic adjustment. Regular maintenance is recommended.

Climate & Usage Recommendations (Climate Class 4)

This unit is rated for Climate Class 4, designed for indoor use in ambient temperatures not exceeding 30°C and 55% relative humidity. Using it outside or in hotter/more humid conditions will cause the compressor to run more frequently and may lead to condensation on the glass doors, as they are not heated.

A Note on Commercial Performance

The powerful fans in this unit are designed for rapid and effective cooling in a commercial setting. Please be aware that they are louder than those found in our smaller Series X or Series 4 Kegerator models.

Delivery & Cosmetic Condition

Due to their size, we recommend local pickup from our distribution centre. These handcrafted commercial fridges may have minor cosmetic imperfections like light scratches or scuffs, which can be more apparent on a stainless steel finish. If you opt for delivery, please be aware that while we guarantee the cooling performance, the unit may acquire cosmetic marks from freight handling.
